MAR TECHNOLOGIES 5.0 is an innovative startup founded in October 2018 within the BFA (CEAGA) acceleration program. We specialize in the design, industrialization and manufacturing of advanced technological products, from conception to implementation, oriented to demanding markets.

PROJECTS
MAR-LOGI
Industrial Intralogistics. All in One.
- MAR-LOGI is a modular and universal system for all company intralogistics, regardless of the type of cargo.
- MAR-LOGI is a coupling system that allows to assemble a simple master AMR to any type of slave platform with a simple motorization, where a patented coupling system allows to transmit all the movements of the master (it can be an autonomous AMR or a simple manual tug) to the coupled platform, so that it follows all the actions of the master, multiplying forces and replicating all its actions. This very simple master will guide much larger platforms (can be custom made) to be able to solve any kind of load from the simplest existing tractor system.
- MAR-LOGI is an innovative concept that manages to integrate any company’s intralogistics needs in a very simple and automatic way.
- A unique and highly innovative system (Patent P202230315) that provides the flexibility, modularity, savings and versatility that companies (large or small) need, allowing full scalability.

MAR-VAX
AR, VR and MR. All in One.
The main objective of the VAX3D project is the development of an approved and helmet-supported device that, through integral hardware, allows the user to interact with the real world through a virtual interface that combines Virtual Reality (VR) + Augmented Reality (AR) + Mixed Reality (MR) in the same device with automatic conversion.
The challenge of this union of technologies implies a change in the way RM works. This reality works with a semitransparent screen in front of the eyes, however, for the use of VR it is necessary to place lenses in front of the pupils, as well as mirrors where the projected virtual image (from a smartphone) will bounce, all this with a very high quality electroscopic effect to turn it into an immersive virtual experience.


This change from screen to lens is very complex and requires significant engineering development. Another advantage of this system is that, by relying on a smartphone, it always has the most up-to-date technology on the market, avoiding early obsolescence. It is an intuitive, interactive and automatic system that recognizes sight, gesture control, voice and hearing, has no wires and is completely autonomous. This system is protected by a patent filed in December 2019 under reference P2019/46875.
Currently there is no similar system on the market that brings together these three technologies in a single device. The existing systems are only of Mixed Reality, Virtual Reality or Augmented Reality, but there is no single device that integrates all technologies in a standalone system with a weight of less than 500g and a very competitive industrialized cost, below 500 €.
The company has pre-agreements with the companies that will test the system in their facilities in the next milestones of the project. The first two companies with which these pre-agreements have been closed have been the TI AUTOMOTIVE business group (in its plant in O Porriño) and ADHEX Technologies, a company dedicated to the manufacture of plastic self-adhesives whose headquarters are in France and the pilot plant in O Porriño.
TECHNOLOGIES
- Convertible Virtual, Augmented and Mixed Reality in automatic mode by gesture control, by eye control or by voice. Motorized system that moves the lenses by eye tracking to the center of our pupils. Motorized system that places or raises the mirror panel on demand.
- Less than 500g in weight, foldable for low occupancy, adjustable and can be mounted on the head or directly on an approved industrial helmet.
- Possibility of raising the visor when it is not necessary and lowering it when we want to interact.
- External vision camera for Augmented Reality and possible assisted technical monitoring.
- Fully autonomous (no need for controls or cables) and its duration for normal use will be more than 8 hours.
- Rechargeable batteries, integrated CPU with Bluetooth + wifi connectivity, motors for switching to VR, motors for eye tracking lens movement, internal and external cameras, infrared gesture control, headphones, microphone. All with pre-installed and detachable wiring.
- Eye tracking. Vision for pupil tracking and motors for position-dependent lens movement.
- Application located on the user’s smartphone that connects the user to the remote web server in online and offline mode.
- Preparation of pre-programmed bases for training, quality and maintenance.
- Streaming camera connection / interactive videoconferencing with smartphone for augmented reality.
- All governed through the SCU (Smart Central Unit) and other hardware peripherals that will give us visual, voice, gestural controls and everything a smartphone can add with its gyroscopes, accelerometers, positioning and cameras.
- Possibility of automatic quality controls with pre-programmed tool ranges. This data could be incorporated into inviolable value data (valid for certification) thanks to the implementation of Blockchain.

MAR-SPAN
Automated, Sensorized and Virtualized System for the Optimization of the Production Process in Mussel Rafts.
- System for the optimization of the mussel cultivation process in the mussel rafts thanks to the inclusion of a guided and motorized profiling system that manages to move the ropes automatically in a controlled manner for an optimal feeding of all mussels thanks to the temporarily controlled exposure to the abundant plankton zones.
- Monitoring of each of the 10 individual lines in each pan.
- Complete sensorization of all parameters affecting the process, including the weighing of each of the 400 ropes at all times. In this way, the evolution of mussel growth can be monitored to decide exactly the optimal moment to extract the mussels.
- Very low consumption system thanks to its 10 small motors that act in a programmed sequential way.
